Our services

1 Facility Source provides professional facility services that maximize the efficiency of the facility function. We streamline work processes to improve customer service and control costs. We complete construction projects of any size on time and under budget.

Relocation and Moves, Adds or Changes Proposed and billed on a per-project basis. Our project management team offers a way for you to complete projects without adding permanent staffing. Maintenance & Repair We can do all of the daily tasks as they come up, such as -- hanging white boards, patch & paint walls, or miscellaneous moves around the office. Procurement We draw upon our knowledge of the local market and our experience in furniture purchasing to make sure you get the best value in buying new or used office furniture. New Construction & Tenant Improvements Our skills include architectural, site planning, permitting, design review, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and low voltage. Projects include new facilities, renovations and remodeling.		Space Planning We can help establish work station standards. We also do the space planning ourselves to better coordinate projects. Management Reporting We will track all facilities activities and expenses to produce management reports that show where the facility dollars are spent and the cost savings we produce. We can also prepare operating and capital budgets. Work Order Management We provide a simple work order process in order to improve the daily facility workflow which will improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost. Emergency Response We can be on site for you 24x7.
